Hytale Mod Shop is a digital marketplace platform that enables users to buy and sell digital content related to the game Hytale, including but not limited to mods, plugins, maps, and other digital assets.

4. Seller Terms

If you choose to sell content on the platform, you additionally agree to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Accept our commission structure (10% platform fee)

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, sell, or distribute content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Violates Hytale's terms of service
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
  • Contains adult, violent, or offensive material
  • Violates any applicable laws

6. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, sellers grant Hytale Mod Shop a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the content on the platform. Buyers receive a license to use purchased content according to the seller's terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hytale Mod Shop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
